How privacy works at Lecision

Clear boundaries help people make an informed choice about taking part.

This public website

This website uses no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. The hosting provider processes technical request data needed to deliver the website. Links to the workspace and interview environment open separate services.

Taking part in research

Before starting an interview, participants see information about the research and privacy. Participation does not require a participant account. Participants can skip questions, stop, review their summary, change it or decline to share it.

What goes into the analysis

Only participant-approved summaries contribute to analysis. Individual conversations and individual summaries are not available in the employer dashboard. Temporary conversation text is removed when a summary is approved or declined, or when the session expires.

What the organisation sees

The organisation manages the research, recipients and invitation delivery. Released insights concern groups. Minimum reporting thresholds and additional suppression rules protect small groups. A report is not released simply because one person has responded.

Be thoughtful about what you share

Avoid names and details that could identify you or another person. Privacy safeguards reduce identification risks, but the content of an answer can itself be recognisable. The invitation explains the specific research context and relevant contact details.

Questions about a research project

Use the privacy contact or contact person provided with your invitation. They can explain the purpose of the research, the organisation responsible and the arrangements that apply to that project.
